Our department is growing and we are seeking the highly motivated individuals with a passion for excellence to join our team. We have an immediate career opportunity for a qualifiedGSE Maintenance A3 Mechanic atourErlanger, KY hub (CVG airport). As an A3 GSE Mechanic, you will provide a variety of services to includeperforming preventative maintenance on ground support equipment, preforming daily scheduled work, as well as work that needs immediate attention due to the needs of the operation.

Key Accountabilities

\n\nSafety first focused approach to conducting work\nPossess a full complement of personal hand tools and ability to furnish hand tools up to 1/2” drive\nBe able to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment and components\nThis position requires excellent troubleshooting and communication skills\nWill utilize hand tools, electrical testing equipment, and computers to diagnose and repair equipment\nWill be required to operate a large assortment of equipment in their job function\nWill be required to wear applicable personal protective equipment, and follow rules and regulations related to a detailed lockout/tag out program\nMust be detail oriented and a self-starter with a positive attitude\nReport to work on a regular and timely basis and complete the scheduled workday on a consistent basis\nMust understand and have the ability to interact with a computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)\n\n

Skills & Qualifications

\n\nValid driver’s license\nKnowledge of service and repair diesel powered equipment\nKnowledge of service and repair of mobile HVAC systems\nKnowledge of service and repair of complex Hydraulic systems\nKnowledge of service and repair of electrical systems\nAbility to weld\nBe proficient in reading and comprehending electrical and hydraulic schematics\nAble to work well individually and in a team setting\nStrong communication skills (written and verbal)\nBe proficient in reading and comprehending electrical and hydraulic schematics\nGeneral knowledge of Microsoft Office\n\n

Physical Requirements:

\n\nMust be able to lift up to 70lbs regularly\nMust be able to climb stairs and ladders, frequently at times\nMust be able to work at heights\nMust be able to work in hot and cold environments to include inclement weather\nMust be able to stand for long durations\n\n
