About the Role:
As the GSE Supervisor, you’ll oversee the maintenance and repair of ground support equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our team delivers seamless ground handling services by keeping all equipment in peak condition.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a Team: Supervise and mentor a team of GSE mechanics, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.Oversee Maintenance: Manage the repair and servicing of GSE such as baggage carts, tugs, belt loaders, and more.Coordinate Operations: Schedule daily tasks and prioritize work to align with operational demands.Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Track Resources: Monitor parts inventory and tools, coordinating with procurement to ensure availability.Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

Qualifications:

A minimum of [X] years of experience in GSE maintenance (supervisory experience is a plus).Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.Familiarity with aviation safety standards and regulatory compliance.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred).
