What can we do together?
The GSI Strategy & Planning Manager is responsible for driving business management and long-term planning for GSI team and will act as the hub of the team to establish the governance model. He/she will support the Head of GSI team for internal & external communication. This role will also orchestrate cross-functional initiatives and drive projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Business Management: Oversee business tracking, forecasting, operations calls, and quota setting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Long-Term Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive 3-Year Growth Plan to drive sustainable growth.
Executive/Business Reviews: Prepare and coordinate content for executive and business reviews, ensuring thorough and insightful presentations.
Process of Management
GSI Staff Meetings: Manage GSI staff meetings, including agenda preparation and guest speaker coordination to ensure productive discussions.
Governance Model: Design and maintain the governance model for the GSI team, organizing and coordinating forums, reviews, and interlock meetings to facilitate business needs effectively.
Communication
Strategic Communication: Prepare and coordinate content for strategic communications, events, forums, webinars, and more.
Internal & External Communication: Manage internal communications (e.g., announcements, newsletters) and external communications (e.g., partner-facing communications) to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
Project/Program Management
Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead and drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
Who you are?
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
Analytics & Business Intelligence: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in business intelligence tools.
Business Strategies: In-depth understanding of business strategies and their implementation.
Project Management: Proven experience in project management and coordination.
Excel & Power BI: Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
Customer Insights & Dashboard: Ability to derive actionable insights from customer data and create informative dashboards.
Data Analysis & Visualization: Expertise in data analysis and visualization techniques.
Economics & Statistics: Solid foundation in economics and statistics to support data-driven decision-making.
Thought Leadership: Demonstrated thought leadership in relevant areas.
Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Results Orientation: Strong focus on achieving results and driving performance.
Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new challenges and environments.
