As a GSOC Operator, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator, under guidance of GSOC Supervisor, is responsible for assisting company personnel in all concerns that pertain to safety and security for corporate locations around the globe. The individual will work in a GSOC environment, monitoring several screens. The Operator will use a variety of tools that range from access control and alarm monitoring systems to various business intelligence sources, open-source media, Internet, and in-house tools. The Operator is required to detect, analyze, and alert others of any incidents which may impact the client’s people, products, property, or brand image. These may range from extreme weather conditions, political instability, crime, terror, to technical failures.

Pay: $24-$30/hourLocation: Alpharetta, GAShifts: Various shifts available, including nights and weekendsThe Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Agent/Specialist position in Alpharetta, GA, offers a role focused on monitoring and responding to security-related incidents across physical and technological systems. This position involves two key levels: Agent and Specialist, with the Agent role designed as a stepping stone towards becoming a Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Agent Duties: Monitor communication channels (email, chat, phone), analyze and escalate technical issues, provide technical support, initiate incident reports, and troubleshoot network/server environments.Specialist Duties: Maintain situational awareness, coordinate incidents with security leaders, gather and assess information, initiate incident management, and document actions taken. Monitor surveillance and access control systems, handle physical security threats, and support business units in emergency and non-emergency situations. Provide research support and assist security personnel during incidents.Requirements:
Qualifications: Must be 21, eligible to work in the U.S., pass background and drug screenings, and proficient in Google Suite and Windows programs. Strong communication, multitasking, and confidentiality skills are essential.Experience: 2 years of experience, preferably in security, operations centers, or dispatch environments. Knowledge of security systems like access control and surveillance is a plus.Physical & Travel: Mostly sedentary work with no significant travel required, though there may be occasional overtime or schedule changes.The role provides a pathway for growth from Agent to Specialist, offering increased responsibility and compensation.
