The GSOC Operations Supervisor provides guidance and leadership to subordinate personnel, supervises their assigned shift and interacts with a variety of persons including: clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public. This position is responsible for monitoring regional facilities and identifying any incidents or events that may pose a security risk to client assets and escalate to the appropriate Security Management for mitigation. The Operations Supervisors is responsible for assigned staff in observing alarms, CCTV, phone lines, life safety and other monitoring systems in order to promptly respond to, compile and report all information in regards to theft, alarms, accidents, hazardous material releases, fires and other incidents that may occur. **Benefits Offered:** Securitas will offer a base salary of $83,200/Annually in addition to a full benefit package that includes: + Medical Insurance + Life Insurance + Dental + Vision + 5 Sick Days + 401K **Position Qualifications:** + Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service + Must be able to speak clearly, give direction, and provide guidance to employees and security staff during emergencies. + CPR / First Aid / AED certification required. Can be accomplished upon hire. + Minimum competencies in Microsoft Office and other PC software. + Prior experience with incident management, alarm monitoring systems, radio, CCTV, phone usage, customer service interaction. + Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels + Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position. The incumbent must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of necessary knowledge, skill, and ability. **Education/Experience:** + At least 18 years of age. + Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. + Associates Degree preferred. + Advance computer skills and proficiency. + Ability to work in a Team environment, Internal and external customer relations; prior supervisor experience and training. + Minimum of three (3) years in an SOC environment.
