As a GSRP Aide, you will support the Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond by helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment. As a GSRP Aide, you will: + Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals, and transitions. + Follow licensing, grant, and center guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all children. + Assist with classroom setup, organization, and maintaining a clean learning space. + Build positive relationships with children and help implement fun, age-appropriate activities.
