Coordinates concierge type services for the guests and sets positive tone for arrival experienceProvide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guestsAssist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining optionsCoordinate and handle guest transportation and luggage servicesAnticipate guest needs and personalize their stay to exceed their expectationsRespond to guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfactionAssist with concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging tours, and organizing special requestsCollaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
