Responsible for SPTS products including Etch, PVD and CVD systems, with a focus on vacuum-based equipment.Will be in charge of SPTS product (Etch, PVD and CVD)Primarily responsible for installation, modification, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of highly complex capital equipment at customer sitesEvaluates, Analyzes, Resolve technical equipment issues both remotely and on-site, particularly those involving vacuum systems and sub-components.Assures operational quality of system equipment. Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.Prepares field service reports on customer support activity and provides documentation to other supporting functions on re-occurring problems.Support and mentor other field service engineers as needed.Contribute to the Capturing, re-use, collaboration, and improvement of knowledge using available systems.Experience in Semiconductor Wafer Manufacturing, particularly with CVD, Etch and PVD is preferred.Minimum Qualifications
BS major in mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of experience in Servicing or installing vacuum-based equipment.Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, especially in vacuum technology.Fluency in both Korean and English.Over 50% business trip to other country is required.We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
