In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Driving the weekly payment runs based on payment calendar for all past due invoices posted on the AP ledger. Validate for funds needs and proper function of bank connections, maintain constant communication with treasury or IT in case of support  Support MEC tasks and reconciliation items Handle customer support tickets within the SLA

For this Role, You will Need:

English language knowledge Maintain direct and constant communication among peers and managers about the status of the process. Troubleshoot payments with technical issues and prioritize among critical payments Provide BCP as needed for specific assigned branches and processes within the AP organization.

 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Experience in Customer Service At least 2 years of experience on Disbursements and/or any other Accounts Payable related job Microsoft Office package proficiency  Great communication and networking skills
