Processing invoices, clearing invoice aging report, making VAT decisions, participate in projects when necessary, preparing for month-end related activities
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data (processing invoices) clearing invoice aging report Supporting monthly closing activities making VAT decisions Supporting the Accounting Team when necessary Following-up with the Business Analyst Team in system related questions Taking part in projects Understand expense accounts and cost centers Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processesWho You Are: You use financial analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities. You readily action new challenges, without unnecessary planning.You represent own interests while being attentive to others’ interests as well.
For this Role, You will Need:
BSC/MSC Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting - Accounting degree is an advantage Qualified Chartered Accountant Certificate is an advantage Excellent communication skills in English Outgoing person who enjoys working with people Continuous Improvement mindset Close attention to details Commitment for doing a first-class job (i.e. accuracy, make the rules be followed) Proactivity Quick learner Able to quickly adopt to changesPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart::
Experience in similar financial field Experience in multinational environment Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Good PC skills, preferably using Excel Must possess fluent written and verbal communication skills in English Knowledge of another European language Working experience in customer service area is preferableWhat we offer?
