The Global Technology Chief Operating Office (GT COO) manages significant programs across Global Technology, driving accelerated execution with full transparency for our senior executives.
As a Project Execution Lead focusing on Reporting & Analytics in GT COO, you will be tasked with leading the creation of the executive reporting across the programs being covered by the team, with a key focus on program metrics. As a subject matter expert in reporting & data, you will contribute significantly in highlighting status, progress trends and problem areas in each of the programs. You will lead the data solutions necessary for efficient routine reporting as well as key ad-hoc analysis when required. You will be liaising with several functional partners and well as LOB representatives to capture forecast of metrics with different dimensions with a view to producing & highlighting Say/Do analysis for the program executives and sponsors.
Job responsibilities
Preparing and compile meeting materials for executive level meetings with a focus on both aesthetic guidelines as well as accuracy, timeliness and understandability of included informationPerforming ongoing analysis of program-related data and develop ad-hoc reports as requestedMaintaining a high focus on various program metrics to ensure good visibility on how these are tracking and highlighting anomalies / significant itemsEngaging business partners to identify reporting requirements as programs progress through stages of lifecycleCoordinating, and/or participate in, reporting-related design sessions with a view to driving continuous process improvements and efficienciesDeveloping and/or maintain procedures for reporting, analysis and other related deliverablesProactively research best practices and learn new technologies and systems Participating in project/program activities involving data preparation, document creation and oral presentation of analytical results.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
