**Position Summary:**

ADM is seeking a development leader to assist in our ERP transformation and sustainment activities.
We are seeking a leader to drive IT Infra/App environments standardization and project readiness across our application IT landscape outside of the SAP ecosystem. Someone who is open in bringing forward new solutions and build new ways of working while connecting with our suppliers, customers, and employees. This means your ability to find answers is limited only by your creativity in leveraging a vast array of techniques and tools. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Identify / Architect IT Env Landscape ,for SAAS tenants, On-Prem or Legacy instances by developing best-practices and processes establishing an environment strategy that supports application lifecycle management (ALM)
+ Lead Applications remediation efforts including understanding and planning of impacts , integrations to S4 Systems and environment remediation activities for existing legacy systems / SaaS / 3 rd party systems.
+ Lead/ Coordinate the build of infrastructure and Application environments among multiple technical, security, database, application, functional and non-technical teams for various Infra/App environments (on premise and in Azure cloud) by providing the required details/specifications/release requirements
+ Create and aligns legacy/SaaS/On Prem App environment DB refresh schedules between project teams and business-as-usual teams. This will occur through coordination, Service Now and other core communication tools.
+ Strategize and lead IT App Environments mappings across SAP and non-SAP applications and projects to ensure application/environment availability and readiness for multiple project phases or multiple releases.
+ Creates and ensures App environments compliance with testing, security, audit, architectural and disaster recovery standards for Legacy/SaaS/On-Prem/3 rd party systems. Review and align with those leaders regarding those disciplines to ensure quality of IT environment services across the Application landscape.
+ Oversee the deployment or cutover readiness plan for the applications in scope and ensure all the key milestones of the cutover planning and execution completed as per program timelines.
+ Lead E2E Readiness ( Env, Application & Integration) planning and execution of all IT Applications working with various stakeholders like Dev, Release Management, Cutover, Solutioning teams
+ Support Data load activities and product integration test and user acceptance tests. Actively handle needs and expectations of stakeholders while delivering solutions
+ On board Service Delivery team from UAT and handshake all the complete knowledge transitions and deployment of solutions to help maximize the positive impact on the organization
+ Responsible for working closely with Agile Teams, Service Delivery teams to manage application environments throughout the program/project cycle.
+ Analyze processes and look for efficiencies which can be delivered with technology solutions
**Job Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related degree of study with a minimum 5 years job experience in IT. Prefer diverse technology experiences: (e.g. Coupa)
+ Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle. Agile, Kanban and Waterfall & Safe
+ 7- 10 years of previous IT environment and/or release management and/or Infrastructure Management experience
+ Experience building and managing diverse, effective teams
+ Demonstrable experience with delivering complex programs with diverse technologies
+ Proven ability to build long-term relationships with customers and business partners
+ Communicate effectively with senior management through data storytelling
+ Strong enthusiasm, creativity, and inventiveness! You will be asked to find new ways to solve meaningful problems every day
+ Ideal candidates must be innovative, creative, flexible and self-motivated
+ Work occasional weekends and/or off hours during critical implementation phases
+ Ability to interact with all levels of management to gain alignment on project ideas using Microsoft based technologies share transparency
+ Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops in order to obtain the real business value and need
+ Effectively work with business and project team members across the globe whether face-to-face, web conference, telephone or email
+ Create a positive work culture through teamwork & conflict resolution
+ Ability and willingness to travel as needed to achieve business objectives – up to 5% to other ADM locations

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

**Salaried Incentive Plan:**
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan
