We are seeking a results-driven GTM Sales Strategy and Planning Consultant to drive strategic planning and execution for our sales and go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate will blend analytical rigor with strategic thinking, helping shape our business growth trajectory. With a strong foundation in management consulting or equivalent corporate strategy experience within a leading technology company, the consultant will play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional teams and optimizing performance.


Your ImpactStrategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive GTM sales strategies to support business objectives, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and performance benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends, providing actionable insights to leadership.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to align on priorities, KPIs, and execution strategies.Project Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution of GTM strategies and sales plans.Forecasting and Reporting: Build and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and performance reports to track progress against goals.RequirementsExperience: 1-3+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent roles, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm or leading tech company.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Analytical Skills: Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Strategic Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and operationally.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing and presenting to senior leadership.Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.Tech Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Networking, SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity markets is highly desirable.Adaptability: Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, with a proactive approach to navigating change and driving outcomes.#WeAreCisco
