As a GTM (Go-To-Market) Marketing Manager at Zycus, you will lead and execute global marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our Cognitive Procurement solutions. Your role will focus on orchestrating product launches, driving demand generation, and enabling sales teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Go-To-Market Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for Zycus’ products, solutions, and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Customer Success) to ensure alignment on GTM plans. Conduct competitive analysis to position Zycus’ offerings effectively in the global market.2. Product Marketing & Positioning Define clear value propositions and messaging tailored to different market segments and personas. Drive awareness and adoption of the Merlin AI Suite and Source-to-Pay offerings. Create compelling marketing assets, including whitepapers, case studies, pitch decks, and webinars.3. Demand Generation & Campaigns Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Measure campaign performance and optimize strategies to meet pipeline and revenue goals. Work closely with the digital marketing team to amplify campaigns through paid media, SEO, and content marketing.4. Sales Enablement Create impactful sales enablement tools, such as product guides, battle cards, and training materials. Lead efforts to educate and empower the sales team with insights, content, and assets to close deals effectively.5. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze key metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI. Present regular updates and actionable insights to senior leadership.
