Job DescriptionReporting into GTM Manager you will focus on continuaslly evolving Management Information (MI) that helps improve Sales team performance (for example, deeper understanding of sales pipeline, productivity, win/loss, performance, market dynamics etc).
Working across products, you will foster an insight-driven culture to build trust in the source of the data and present the insight in a clear and unbiased way, supporting pipeline growth and accuracy.
What you’ll do:
Maintain a standardised Management Information (MI) to support user self-service.Build MI and Aanlytics that can scale across products and clients.Create new sustainable sales performance MI in Tableau/Power BI.Design new reports, and build/write them in Tableau/Power BI to give new sales.Ensure data is of high enough quality to support decision-making.Review performance by analysing performance against target, and discerning trends, allowing performance to be understood.Identify areas of opportunity for Sales teams to improve performance, for example through individual/team sales pipeline building, education opportunities to deliver improved sales win rates, and other areas.Highlight areas of risk and propose mitigation to ensure sales execution.Lead by example and guide adherence to and understanding of regulatory requirements and obligations.Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
Around 3 years of experience in an insight role.Higher Education Degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics or similar.Fluency in written and verbal English.Tableau or PowerBI and dashboarding and reporting experience.Salesforce reporting and dashboarding knowledge or certification.Experience working with large bluechip sales environment.Communication skills at all levels, internally and externally.Team player.Additional InformationYou will get:
