We are seeking a high-potential GTM Operations Analyst to help us scale a global, best-in-class Sales Development organization by driving flawless execution of initiatives that make our Sales Development Representatives more productive and efficient. This role will work directly with the Sr. Manager of GTM Operations, along with the global SDR management team within Snowflake’s Marketing organization.
You might be a recent graduate with a strong resume of internships, an operations pro looking to focus on the revenue side of the business, or an analyst looking for a high growth opportunity.
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:Have 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or operations including internships
Sales Development experience a strong plus
Have a passion for enabling others to reach their full potential
Can stay highly organized and execute autonomously on tasks
Understand how to translate business process changes into meaningful documentation
Have authored training materials, process documentation, or supported professional onboarding efforts
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales enablement tools
Experience with SQL is a plus
WHAT YOU'LL DO:Enablement
Author documentation and learning paths for new hire and in-seat SDRs
Work with Sales Enablement to onboard and continuously train SDRs on best practices within Snowflake’s sales platforms (Outreach/Salesforce)
Planning
Maintain reports on individual and team performance against quota
Assist with compensation plan administration and tracking
Execute territory alignment updates within CRM and maintain reporting on regional coverage of the sales team
Process
Conduct A/B testing within Snowflake’s sales engagement platform (Outreach)
Interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Respond to and resolve support tickets from individual contributors and managers across the global team
Author business process documentation in LucidChart, Google Slides, and Google Docs
Systems
Gather business requirements from stakeholders within the SDR organization that will drive enhancements within Snowflake’s core sales & marketing systems
Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements
