Job Summary
The Go to Market Coordinator’s main responsibility is the execution of GTM product samples on time in accordance with GTM seasonal calendars. The GTM Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely setup of system sample requests, coordinates receipt of physical samples at the Dearborn office, breakdown and organization of samples, and distribution of samples to cross-functional partners within Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, D2C, Product Development, Technical Development, and Innovation teams. Responsible for organizing, classifying all product samples within the Dearborn office high-density storage areas and overseeing the check-in & out of physical samples. Assists the GTM Specialist and GTM Manager with additional GTM activities, which include Sales tool execution (swatch books, etc.), compiling sample delivery KPIs, GTM scheduling of moments in MS Outlook, and preparation for GTM moments that are on-site in Dearborn.

Representative Responsibilities
Create Supplier Requests (SRs) in PLM for Global Product, Marketing, and EMEA samples ensuring order details. Analyze daily Idoc reports and collaborate with cross-functional partners to remove obstacles or errors that prevent Purchase Requests (PRs) from being created in S4. Coordinate with internal business partners to resolve issues. Verify, confirm, and validate sample deliveries with internal business partners and log receipts of Purchase Orders (POs) in S4. Partner with Accounting and Finance to resolve payment discrepancies with Accounts Payable (AP) and validate payments for samples received. Receive and process daily package deliveries, distribute to cross-functional partners and keep daily receipt log updated. Log request and receipt of prototype, sales, and other miscellaneous samples in PLM. Organize and manage tracking reports for samples requested and issued for Global Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sourcing, and Supply Chain Operations teams. Enter and manage Merchandising, Sales, and other miscellaneous sample requirements in PLM. Partner with Marketing Services and Product Design teams to collect and organize seasonal photography samples. Support GTM Specialist in calculation of seasonal development performance metrics for comparison season-over-season. Assist the GTM & Sample Manager in tracking the execution of key Global Product GTM activities and tasks. Update the seasonal GTM task tracker with progress to facilitate reporting. Enable Global Product teams to execute successful meetings by providing support to meeting owner in scheduling, communication, and preparations as needed. Archive and coordinate the organization and classification of all product samples within the Dearborn high-density storage areas. Oversee the check-in/check-out of physical product samples. Perform a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to sample organization of the sample high-density storage areas, data entry, filing, coordination of meetings, and special projects as assigned. Coordinate seasonal swatch book sales tool execution with Sales Ops, Sourcing, and the third-party contractor. Ensure swatch books are accurate, delivered on time, track and organize delivery of fabric with 3rd party contractor, including EMEA.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, or related field; or equivalent years of related experience in lieu of degree.Required Skills & Experience
Experience in an apparel or non-durable consumer goods industry preferred. Outstanding organization skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and vendors. Excellent attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Experience with PLM and SAP systems preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced, team-focused environment with a strong focus on communication and collaboration.
