Leadership Development:

Improve sales leaders' capabilities through leadership development training and mentorship, emphasizing effective coaching practices and high-performance delivery. Partner with Sales Enablement Instructional Designers and/or external consultants to develop high-quality training materials, presentations, and resources, including e-learning modules, case studies, and role-playing exercises. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions and workshops for sales managers and leaders, both in-person and virtually, using a variety of instructional techniques and methodologies. Conduct individual and group coaching sessions, while mentoring sales leaders to enhance their skills and improve team performance. Plan and manage end-to-end leadership development programs and projects involving multiple teams, regions, and collaborators. Foster global adoption of programs by promoting cross-functional communication and collaboration with senior leaders from various teams, including collaborators, customers, partners, and team members.
