The GTM Senior Financial Analyst will support the Customer Success & Enterprise Success organizations. This is a highly visible role focusing on best-in-class financial forecasting and planning, as well as providing actionable insights and decision support for the business. Your work will directly impact the performance and planning of the GTM team and will therefore be critical to our ambitious growth goals.
The FP&A team works closely with the CFO and senior executives to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to the company’s strategic initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join a dynamic, high-growth environment and accelerate their development.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Partners with Customer Success & Enterprise Success business partners and Finance on key strategic and financial planning, variance analysis, budgeting, modeling and forecasting
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting - analyzing financial results, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to Finance and business partners
Analyze and report on financial results and key metrics – distilling/synthesizing key trends and assessing current and future business risk (including analysis of professional service offers and overall company churn & down sell)
Develop actionable reporting and dashboards to ensure the business partners and the executive team continually has an accurate understanding of performance vs targets
Desired Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of working experience in corporate planning/financial planning and analysis role
Have a strong background in capacity planning, budgeting and forecasting
High proficiency in Excel to manipulate large datasets
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business/Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, dynamic, and have strong communication and presentation skills
Great attitude, willingness to perform and get things done independently and in team settings
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
Amenable to work 9am to 6pm PT [12AM-9AM PHT]
Nice to Have:
MBA, CFA, or CPA
Experience in Sales and Marketing/ GTM/ SaaS
