Draft a GTM strategy for the business identifying target segments and key growth opportunitiesBuild an execution plan with a focus on account mining, identifying target clients, and driving a clear value propositionTie the strategy to the annual budget for the business thereby creating an Annual Operating Plan (AOP)Track and report the AOP for the business on a regular interval with all key stakeholders with a focus on tracking progress, and gaps, identifying course corrections and actionsLead quarterly business reviews with the senior leadership team reviewing performance, delivering key insights, and driving decision-makingMonitor the performance against plans and support short, medium, and long-term initiatives.Lead a team of associates in driving the GTM execution, providing direction and guidanceDriving GTM activities like lead generation, pipeline management, drafting targeted value propositions, building marketing and communications collaterals Participate and represent DLM in trade events and build client/prospect connections.
