Who we areWe are seeking a strong operator who is excited to help set the strategic direction of Attentive’s Revenue/GTM organization. You should be able to leverage data, strong business acumen, & operational rigor to create systems and improve the programs that will help transform the Revenue/GTM organization. You’ll work across the company with key stakeholders (revenue, operations, product, etc) to ensure the delivery of high quality initiatives that have outsized impact on Attentive’s growth. This position reports directly to our VP, GTM Strategy.Why Attentive needs you Own our international strategy in the Revenue/GTM organization (e.g., multi-product, international, etc) and drive forward the projects and initiatives needed to ensure success of that programSynthesize data across the company relevant to that strategic program to ensure data-driven decision makingRegularly report on the effectiveness of the strategic program to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvementsDevelop short-term and long-term program roadmap and help the organization prioritize the highest-impact projectsAnticipate and address problems and opportunities proactivelyHelp define the strategic direction of the Revenue/GTM organization by identifying opportunities for us to implement new strategies to drive growth and/or efficiencyAbout you5+ years in business operations, consulting, or program management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environmentDemonstrated ownership of ambiguous projects and self-defining objectives and priorities.Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull together your own data to generate insightsStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to work effectively cross-functionally, building relationships and ensuring cohesive strategies towards common business goalsSense of ownership and urgency with objectives and prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesOur London team is on a hybrid schedule, in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays#LI-AG4
