We are looking for an ambitious, problem-solving individual to join our team as a GTM Systems Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and buildout of the tools, platforms and integrations that enable our GTM functions. You will partner with a team of Salesforce and Marketo experts to design and implement a technology and integration strategy that is cohesive, performant and documented. You will develop a strong understanding of the ecosystem of GTM vendors and technologies, and will conduct evaluations, put together business cases, and ultimately lead the implementation of tools that are purchased. You will partner closely with Sales Enablement leadership to manage the technical buildout of several key GTM platforms including Gong and Highspot, and will ensure the proper use and adherence to process within these tools. You will also be a champion for data quality & governance and will play an instrumental role in ensuring accuracy across our data ecosystem.
A successful candidate for this role will have a strong business acumen, will be extremely curious and self-directed, and will be comfortable presenting to all levels in the company.
What You'll Do: Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing & Customer Success to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation through systems and tooling Identify new vendors in the GTM ecosystem, conduct evaluations of these tools, and establish business cases for how these tools can be used to further our business objectives Lead the technical buildout of several key Enablement tools including Gong, Highspot, and ZoomInfo Use 3rd party data to identify new target accounts and contacts, enhance these records with relevant firmographic and technographic data, and enforce proper account matching and hierarchies for these records Support the integration of GTM systems with other enterprise tools (e.g., ERP, CPQ, or data platforms) to enable a unified workflow Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with IT or external vendors to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to ensure teams understand and effectively use GTM systems, and ensure that processes are being followed Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness across GTM systems by implementing governance policies and performing regular audits What You'll Bring: Expertise with GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of GTM processes, including lead-to-revenue workflows, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle stages. Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
