JOB PURPOSE:

Be part of field force effectiveness and analytics engine to BU AD to improve field force productivity, optimize resource allocation and field force KPICoordinate between BU field team and CE FFE HQ teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process complying to corporate guidelineImplement field force operation framework and FFE tools in area of field force productivity & resource allocationSupport BU ADs on data preparation and consolidation, analysis design, execution by closely and actively communication in terms of field force performance and productivity

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Field force Operation Management

Manage following FFE tasks from process & data support perspective includingField force trend and landing forecastField force performance dashboard and Field force KPI reportingData consolidation and cascading to field operation teamEnable consistent business rationales, templates, tools and analytical support to BU AD in the field force operation cycles, and drive efficiency, productivity and discipline

Analysis and Insight Generation

Lead field force performance analysis and interpretation based on existing dashboard and reports so as to understand business dynamics and generate insights from dataProvide both routine and ad-hoc analysis for BU AD to support decision-making process

Daily Operation and Data management

Supervise field force operation projects (such as customer segmentation, field force sizing and territory optimization ) under the leadership of FFE BU HQ teamManage BU daily operation support, includingField force Planning and FTE ManagementField force KPI / Low performer reportProvide data support to BU AD per request

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Minimum bachelor degree

Experience & knowledge:

At least 3 years’ experience in FFE field, most preferably in MNC pharmaceutical companiesGood communication skill in both cross-function interaction and message cascade-downStrong capability in Excel Modeling and PowerPoint PresentationAbility to solve difficult and changing situations and influence business leadersGood command of written English, communication verbal English
