JOB PURPOSE:

The Learning Business Partner is responsible for ensuring that the Global and Local Learning solutions are planned and rolled out to meet local learning needs from Business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Actively consults with Business Leaders, P&C, and other internal stakeholders to : Cascade Global strategic learning objectives to China local populationDiagnose BU Learning needs and performance gaps, Identify the skills gaps related to CompetenciesDevelop the learning solutions in connection with Learning Institutes, GBU and GF Learning offeringsUpskilling/reskilling solutions development & delivery for commercial teams within major workforce change management initiativesDrive Digital transformation mindset for field force learning.Training Program Delivery , Evaluation and Follow-upBe responsible for ensuring that the learning strategy(roadmap) are executed consistently and according to Sanofi requirementsWork with Learning Experience team, Provide training and evaluate effectiveness, improve training quality continuouslyWork together with P&C, Lead Field Force Promotion process for BusinessObserve and analyze Field Force Representatives performance in the fieldBased on observation and analysis of field force’ s behaviors, provide feedback and coachingIn charge of Field Force Certification/Assessment Programs to meet the interal talent needsOther ADHOC BO&S or CC projectsPeople & Operation DevelopmentMonitor and evaluate processes used for development and implementation of learning solution for trainer competenciesProvide feedback and coaching to dedicated training managers, to maximize performance and individual developmentIdentify, recruit top training talent as neededContinuously Learning and DevelopmentProactively seek learning opportunities on the jobParticipate TTT course related to trainingProactively seek feedback from peers and other department colleagues to develop competenciesDrive towards organization training visionAdministration and reportingBe responsible for BU learning data records, and enable BU for decision makingSupervision Field Force training logisticsPrepare monthly reports on training activities

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

University Degree or above, majored in digital or life science subject are preferred

Experience & knowledge:

Minimum 5 years working experience in training, at least 3 years in new hire staff trainingAt least 2 years experience on Field Force AssessmentAt least 1 year sales or MKT experience in pharmaceutical industry are preferred

Core competencies:

Communication and change management skills required to drive digital transformationStakeholder Management skillsNeeds to clearly know Global Learning Governance, eg. Sanofi U, offers by Learning institutes, different types of options – e-learning, virtual sessions, f2f, & other materials availableGood English reading and writing abilities
