Who we are looking for
Senior hands-on Technology leader with 15+ years of experience leading application development for large and complex financial applications. The candidate needs to have a very good understanding of financial domain and of Collateralized Loans and Private Credit asset classes. This is a highly visible position and will have a significant impact on the business. The candidate will work closely with senior business and IT leaders. State Street Private Credit platform is undergoing transformation as we migrate these funds from legacy operating model leveraging Wall Street Office to long term solution leveraging Advent Geneva and Solvas CDO Suite. The candidate will be working on building the new operating model for our business.

As a GTS CLO Development Lead, VP you will
Lead a global team of software development and QA engineers.Ownership and accountability for implementing the new target state operating model for these asset class including vendor interactions, upstream and downstream integrations and successful rolloutOversight and execution of large technology projectBuilding strong partnership with technology & business leaders and peersWork closely with the Product Owner and others on requirements analysis, planning, project management, and execution.Support production systems to ensure business continuity and continuous improvement of applications supportedAdvocate and implement best practices and improved team processesProvide expert level troubleshooting on large, mission critical project implementations.Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, Agile team environmentWhat we value

Salary Range:
$125,000 - $200,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
