We are seeking a dynamic IT leader to join our team and play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting our brand-new Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS D365) Cloud solution. You will be at the forefront of innovation, leveraging the latest MS D365 technology to streamline our business processes, optimize system performance, and implement preventive measures to ensure smooth operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our business forward by identifying areas for continuous improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

How you will make an impact:

Partners with business function leaders to understand and align with business outcomes.

Leads and directs information technology teams, identifying needs and opportunities for improving processes and functions, and provides leadership for technology identification, evaluation & implementation.  

Develops and implements sourcing strategies and programs to recruit and select both permanent and globally sourced contract staff.

Understand existing, new & emerging technologies, and utilize this knowledge to partner with other IT leaders and third parties to deliver business value through achieving business outcomes.

Facilitates the identification and selection of technology solutions and management of these technology partners. 

Leads team to implement current digital technology solutions that enable transformational change to achieve business outcomes.

Assists business partners and business transformation teams in the identification, prioritization, and documentation of system improvements that achieve business outcomes & deliver business value.

Ensures that systems meet service level agreements & internal controls, and adhere to Information Security policies & standards.

Delivers strategic projects while adhering to appropriate delivery management disciplines, development methodologies, and architectural standards. 

Ensures that the portfolio of systems within their domain remain technically viable.

Works with other IT Leadership to determine priorities and resolve resource constraints.

Maintains awareness of competitive threats and architectural opportunities, and prepare application/platform roadmaps that address these trends and issues, balancing trade-offs between usability, security, and performance needs. 

Grows and develops high performing teams using appropriate staffing sourcing and talent development.

Evaluates risks (solution, business, technology, staffing), and develops plans and actions to mitigate those risks.

Manages technology cost/benefit & ROI, particularly in their area (includes managing licensing, benefit realization, & TCO).

Facilitates and improves Information Technology processes.

May participate in on-call rotation for escalation purposes.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What you will bring to the table:

Eight years previous information technology experience with two years previous supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related field required.

Ability to foster and develop partnering relationships with business function leaders and other teams.

Strong collaboration & influencing skills.

Ability to identify, grow and develop team members.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must be organized and have strong planning skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and be able to work both independently and within a team environment.

 

Adherence to Hybrid Work Policy:

Adherence to the company’s hybrid work policy is an essential function of the Functional Analyst position.  The policy is subject to change, and employees will be required to adhere to those changes as a condition of their continued employment.

Hybrid Schedule 4 days in office 1 day remote

Monday to Friday

8 am to 5 pm
