Job Description

SALES AND CLIENT SERVICE

Maintain and grow the clientele base by active engagement and excellent client service by active client engagement and regular communicationPlay an active role as Brand Ambassador by inculcating the brand vision to instill consumer brand loyaltyProactive achievement of monthly sales objectivesFollow-up on client enquiries and requests, including after sales services, proactively and independentlyOffer exceptional service standards, suggestions and alternatives, as well as anticipating future needsTake a proactive learning approach in understanding best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge and all category informationExercise team work and collaboration to ensure that client needs are placed at top priority.
 

VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGEMENT

Collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain and upkeep VM to be aligned with the WW visual guidelines.

OPERATIONS

Adhere to all in-store SOPsAssist with cashiering and daily closing settlementStocks receiving and packing in the respective categories assignedAll other related duties as assigned by the Store Manager

INVENTORY CONTROL

Conduct category scans for inventory purposesAssist with stock maintenance and cycle countsReplenishment of display merchandise as required
