Key Accountabilities

Serve clients accordingly with the Gucci selling ceremonyProvide an exceptional client experience by greeting, listening and assisting all clients; demonstrating excellent knowledge of the products as well as the Gucci history and heritageGuarantee cross and up-selling for all product categoriesAdvise clients appropriately discussing giving them advice on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market. Always showing passion for fashion and luxury productsBuild and strengthen trust based relationships with clients, dealing with different cultures and personalities always putting the clients at easeEnsure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, according to the Company tools (CRM), in order to retain actual customers and detect new high potential onesEnsure the achievement of individual and Store goals; always acting with a sense of urgencyBe an agile and collaborative team player, proposing creative and effective solutionsContribute to managing the visual display of the products in accordance with the Gucci visual standardsEnsure store functional maintenance and appropriate levels of products on the sales floor, in line with Corporate policies and proceduresEnsure the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandiseFollow Company grooming in accordance with Gucci standards and policies

Key Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury fashion retail companyProven ability to drive and exceed individual and store resultA genuine and deep passion for fashion, trends and luxuryAn interest in clienteling and a creative approach to improving thisExcellent commercial awarenessHigh flexibility and the ability to adapt to different customersA Team-player mentalityStrong communication skillsThe ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environmentLuxury product knowledgeFluency in an additional language would be advantageous
