We are looking for a Store Director to lead our team in a prestigious Central London location.

You will be responsible for ensuring the economical and operational effective management of the store, in compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities

Ensures achievement of business goals and strategic projects, keeping in constant connection with Corporate functions (Visual, Merchandising, Operations…)Establishes and implement action plans in order to develop sales for each product category and client segmentDevelops a client centric culture aimed to maximize the existing customers and enlarge the new client baseEnsures the adequate integration and optimization between front and back-of house, upholding Company standards and proceduresMonitors store visits and mystery shopping to improve quality of serviceBuilds a high performing team by engaging, inspiring and developing peopleWorks alongside HR function to reduce staff turnover, promote internal mobility, optimize personnel cost, map and develop key talents

Key Requirements
