About the role
The Equestrian Centre at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers guests a premier riding experience in the heart of the beautiful countryside. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional service to our guests, creating memorable moments and unforgettable equestrian experiences. We are now looking for a dedicated Guest Activities Attendant to join our dynamic team and help us continue delivering world-class hospitality.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Guest Activities Attendant with a strong equestrian background and horse riding ability to assist in managing and delivering a variety of equestrian-related activities for our guests. This position plays a key role in ensuring an outstanding experience for both beginners and seasoned riders alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and assist with riding lessons, trail rides, and other equestrian activities.
Ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests while participating in activities.
Provide expert guidance and instructions on horse care, grooming, and riding techniques.
Assist in the preparation of horses and equipment for daily activities.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in all areas of the Equestrian Centre.
Deliver a high standard of customer service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
Work closely with the equestrian team to plan and organize activities and events.
Experience:
Proven experience in horse riding and a strong equestrian background.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with guests.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
Knowledge of horse care and safety procedures.
BHS Stages 1 and 2 or equivalent.
Ability to handle a range of horse types and riding disciplines.
Enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards guest service.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
