**Description:**
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Ambassador is responsible to assist the Rooms or Food & Beverage teams by providing excellent customer service, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and as a language mediator.
**Qualifications:**
+ Language proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.
+ Minimum 2 years' work experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager / Manager in a guest service role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
+ Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
