Tech Savvy: Familiarity with hospitality or Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred. Friendly Attitude: Must be welcoming and warm with guests and colleagues. Guest Engagement: Strong ability to interact with guests in a guest-focused manner. Multilingual Skills: Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus. Physical Requirements: Able to stand and climb stairs for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Outdoor Work: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional look in line with Hudson Yards Experiences grooming guidelines. Team Player: Proven success working well within a team. Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality, with strong self-motivation. Good Judgment: Capable of handling high-pressure situations effectively. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with New York City and the local neighborhood is a plus. Flexible Schedule: Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This position will be based in New York City and working across all HYE visitor attractions. Edge, is the highest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere, with a one-of-a-kind design. It’s suspended in mid-air, giving guests the feeling of floating in the sky with 360 degree views they can’t get anywhere else. Vessel is a new kind of public landmark. Engaging and interactive, the centerpiece of the Hudson Yards Public Square and Gardens is meant to be climbed and explored with others. City Climb is the highest outdoor ascent in the world!
