Guest Experience Assistant Supervisor - The Exchange Lounge

We are seeking highly motivated and service-oriented professionals to join our distinguished team in delivering world-class guest experiences.  We invite you to apply for the role of  Guest Experience Assistant Supervisor - Premium Lounge.  In this role, you will focus on ensuring high quality service and luxurious experience for our guest in an exclusive lounge setting.

Your duties include but not limited to:

Supervise, train, and motivate a team to uphold the highest standards of guest service.

Manage lounge operations, including reservations, event setup, guest flow, and seating arrangements.

Ensure smooth inventory management, stock control, and supplier coordination to maintain operational efficiency.

Provide a high level of discretion and expertise in handling VIP and high-net-worth guests.

Lead problem resolution efforts, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests while upholding brand standards.

Oversee the operations of the Main Concierge Counter, Premium Concierge, and Premium Desk to ensure a consistent level of excellence.

Requirements:

Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end retail.

Strong ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with VIP clientele.

Strong English communication skills.

Ability to communicate fluently is multiple languages will be an added advantage

Availability to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
