In this essential role, you’ll play a crucial part in raising the bar for service standards and ensuring operational excellence throughout the Resort. You’ll be the key point of contact between on-site operations and the Global Contact Centre, ensuring a seamless, positive experience for every guest. With a focus on empathy and professionalism, you'll handle escalated feedback and support guests with additional needs.
