Residence Inn Edinburgh are on the look-out for a part-time **Guest Experience Expert** to join our Front Office team!

**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Using our company standard to anticipate and deliver on guests needs
+ Assisting with all F&B activities
+ Confident and professional engagement with guests at all times
+ Ensuring every process involved in check-in and check-out are completed
+ Processing all payments types including room charges, cash and debit/credit
+ Communicate between departments appropriately on specific guest requests
+ Providing helpful information and recommendations to our guests
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Education: High school diploma or working towards one
Related Work Experience: Some desired but not essential
