Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Guest Experience Manager to join our team.
About the role:
The position of Guest Experience Manager is aimed at managing and organizing all aspects of the external and internal guest activities, allowing in this way to create a memorable experience and
a connection with the destination. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with all our vendors, ensuring this way that our guests are taken care of in an excellent manner and manage our concierge team.
This job requires applicants to have current European Union work authorization.
This position is offered for a defined period of time of 24 months with a possibility of extension to unlimited contract based on your performance. Your trial period will be 6 months.
What You will do:
Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.Ensure to be the top VIPs point of contact prior arrival until post departure for the arrangement of their stay.Perform Top VIP room inspections to make sure amenities, welcome cards and special touches have been arranged.Be a driving force behind guest centric projects, aimed at elevating the experience and recognition of qualifying guests.Understands the actual trends of our guests and is able to identify opportunities for new experiences.Supervises day-to-day performance of the team. Leads Guest Experience and Concierge teams.What You will bring:
Experience working in a luxury Hotel/Resort in a relevant Rooms department.2 Years experiencing managing a rooms team.Previous work experience as Concierge or Guest Experience Dept. is preferred.Attention to detail, creativity and the ability to multi task are required together.Excellent communication skills and command of the English language .Flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and holidays.What we offer:
