Guest Experience Officer - The Exchange TRX Lounge

The Tun Razak Exchange is a development poised to be Malaysia’s new international business and financial district. The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia’s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space that includes a 10-acre rooftop park.

We are seeking highly motivated and service-oriented professionals to join our distinguished team in delivering world-class guest experiences.  We invite you to apply for the role of  Guest Experience Officer - Premium Lounge.  In this role, you will focus on ensuring high quality service and luxurious experience for our guest in an exclusive lounge setting.

Your duties include but not limited to:

Provide a warm and personalized welcome to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Offer comprehensive concierge services, including shopping recommendations, dining reservations, gift wrapping, membership assistance, and luxury concierge support.

Serve light food and beverages while assisting guests with menu selections, adhering to the highest standards of service etiquette.

Uphold discretion and professionalism when handling VIP and VVIP guests.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and effectively manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with efficiency and diplomacy.

Assist in escorting VVIPs during their visits and provide support for tour groups within the mall as required.

Perform concierge duties across multiple locations, including the Premium Lounge, Main Concierge Counter, and Premium Desk, as part of a rotational schedule.

Requirements:

Proven experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or high-end customer service.

Strong knowledge of food handling and beverage service etiquette.

Impeccable grooming and presentation, reflecting the standards of luxury hospitality.

Strong English communication skills.

Ability to communicate fluently is multiple languages will be an added advantage

Availability to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
