The resort is perched on 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms, 115,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, and 8 food and Beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and IRD.
\n\n\nClassification: Full Time\nShift: Various – must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.\nPay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $21 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.\n\n

What will I be doing?
As a Guest Experience Planner, you would be responsible for assisting guests with various tasks related to their visit and for providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nProvide information, recommendations and booking services for a variety of guest inquiries, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations, and medical care\nProcess and deliver messages for guests\nRetrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested\nArrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities both inside and outside the hotel for guests\nRespond to special requests for services including, but not limited to, dentists, doctors, child care, florists, etc.\nRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nRegister VIP guests, as needed\nPromote Company marketing programs and distribute printed materials, as needed\nWhat are we looking for?
