Guest Relation Manager (M/W)

You are
- Sociable, you know how to connect with our guests and build a trusting relationship.
- Helpful and attentive, finding the right solution for all our guests.
- Multilingual, you master at least two languages and are comfortable with international guests.

You will
- Coordinate the information of all the services of the resort
- Process and follow up all customer complaints concerning their stay in collaboration with the Reception Manager
- Analyse the results and implement actions to develop additional sales of the resort
- Federate and motivate your teams around defined objectives and accompany them in their development
- Check the correct implementation, application and follow-up of the health and safety standards of its service
