Details: This position is full-time and will primarily work evening hours. This position requires open availability and flexibility to meet department/staffing needs.
Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.
