Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide prompt and efficient services for guests according to the standard. Check all the arrival and due out list, check the room conditions and guests preferences. Prepare for checking-in or checking out. Complete every matters what assigned by guests, in case of difficulties, report to higher authorities. Actively promote Hotel’s facilities and services Establish great connection with guest to build up positive guest relationship

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline Willingness to take up challenges in different roles of front office operations (Front Desk / Residence Lounge) Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality Strong communications and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Opera System
