The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
· Help to maintain guest rooms and all public areas at AAA and company standards.
· Utilize appropriate chemical solutions to clean rooms and other designated areas.
· Utilize the equipment and tools provided to complete the daily duties.
· Collaborate with Guest Room Attendants 2, when needed, to complete their rooms assignments for the day.
· Responsible for the cleanliness and restock of guest rooms and all the public restrooms located at the public spaces at the hotel.
· Responsible for the cleanliness and good appearance of the guest rooms and public spaces at the hotel, making sure these are set according to standard.
· Assist in the completion of cleanliness of the employees’ areas.
· Responsible for moving, rearranging, and cleaning furniture if needed and working collaboratively with Guest Room Attendant personnel for any property damage.
· Responsible for managing cleaning supply inventory and restocking supplies.
· Utilize two-way radio to communicate with leadership and team while maintaining professional etiquette.
· Must maintain and comply with department and company policies and regulations.
· Must abide with company grooming policy.
· Will be responsible for always maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
· Must participate in all mandatory departmental and companywide events and meetings.
· You must understand and execute AAA service standards.
· Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· High School Diploma or GED is required.
· 1+ year experience with utilizing chemical products for cleaning.
· 1+ years’ experience of chemical mixing to create needed cleaning products.
· Must be able to operate mechanical machinery for polishing and rinsing floors.
· Hotel experience is highly preferred.
Must have flexibility including evenings, weekends, holiday shifts, and overtime when needed.· Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming License.
