As a Guest Room Attendant, you are essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring each room meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your responsibilities include thoroughly cleaning and refreshing guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and attending to special requests to enhance guest satisfaction. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Properly load housekeeping carts with linen, cleaning supplies, and amenities for guest rooms and reload the cart as needed at the end each shift Complete room status reports and follow procedures for entering and leaving guest rooms Block room access to properly clean the room and bath according to department guidelines Strip and remake beds, dust the furniture, vacuum, and sweep carpets in guest rooms Replace all items that are moved, missing, or damaged and report damaged, broken or missing furniture and equipment immediately to supervisors Immediately reports to the supervisor any unusual or extreme bio-hazard situations relating to the use of cleaning chemicals Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members to promote a positive image of the property Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position Perform other duties as assigned
