**Description:** The Guest Service Agent is directly responsible for the prompt, efficient, and courteous check in and check out of guests,assistingwithroomreservationsandhandlingoftelephonecalls,andformeetingmanyotherguestneedsduringtheirstay. · Towelcomeandregisterallarrivingguests,makingsurethatallpertinentinformationisobtained · Efficientlyconductcheckinandcheckoutprocedures · Healthy communication with Housekeeping and Engineering departments and ensure that guest's expectationsaremet.
