職缺說明KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Avani+ Hotel’s employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:
+ To anticipate and exceed our guest needs and handle all guest inquiries to fulfil every need of the holiday experience.
+ Make sure to anticipate and fulfil the needs of every shift and prepare all the necessary paper works and stationaries.
+ Liaise with sister properties and other domestic arrival destinations to coordinate and find information about the guest to anticipate their needs.
+ Go though the arrivals and departure report from Opera PMS and prepare for the arrivals and prepare the departure letters for the guest who are schedule to leave next day.
+ Daily bucket check and sort-out the billing errors which we may have against the guest package and other enclosures.
+ Update daily guest preferences and all the glitches as it is being communicated from any concerned department.
+ Coordinate and cooperate with all the operational departments and support for daily operational needs.
+ Keep the workplace clean and tidy at all the time and uphold the best grooming standard to represent the true reflection of Avani+ fares.
+ Train and buddy-up with your new team members as the supervisors assign you during your daily shifts.
+ To be available for the arrivals and departure welcome and farewell team during the shift.
+ To check and setup the Villa according to the guest preferences and make sure to communicate with concerned departments.
+ To help our guests in check-in and check-out where they may need the service, in-villa or at the reception lobby.
+ After every check-in make sure to share the guest dietary requirements and preferences are being communicated with the concerned operational teams.
+ During the desk shift all the telephone callas and in-room dining food orders to be handled with utmost profession.
