Guest Service Desk Agent (Full & Part Time)

Are you a people person who loves making guests feel welcome? Join our team as a Guest Service Desk Agent and be the friendly face that sets the tone for an unforgettable stay!


What You’ll Do:

Greet guests with a warm, genuine welcome upon arrival and departure. Ensure smooth, efficient check-ins and check-outs while delivering top-notch customer service. Provide expert guidance on resort programs, package inclusions, dining options, and local attractions. Assist guests with booking all resort activities. Manage room reservations and process billing adjustments as needed. Address guest questions and concerns in person and over the phone with a positive, problem-solving attitude. Perform additional tasks as assigned to enhance the guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Enthusiastic individuals with a positive, can-do attitude. Strong communication and active listening skills. Comfort with computer technology and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Detail-oriented, self-motivated team players. Prior customer service or resort experience is a plus!
