Guest Service Officer- Reservations

You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe reservations department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.

The GSO- Reservations is responsible to assist the Director ofReservationsin managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Reservations Agent or Assistantin either Reservation or Front Officein larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
