The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru is currently looking for a Guest Service & Recreation Attendant who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating a memorable guest experience. The Guest Service & Recreation Attendant will be part of a diverse and dynamic team that provides award-winning service to our valued guests. This position reports to the Front Office Manager.
A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort.
What you will do:
Provide warm, genuine hospitality and personalized recognition to guests.Assist with luggage handling, transportation, and errands, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures.Drive and maintain buggies, ensuring vehicles are fully charged and in top condition.Anticipate guest needs, handle concerns and requests, and report any issues to the Assistant Manager.Assist with airport duties, welcoming arriving guests and ensuring smooth departures at the seaplane lounge and airport.Plan and lead activities, excursions, and kids' programs, creating memorable guest experiences on and off the island.Maintain and facilitate guest use of health, tennis, and watersports equipment, ensuring safety and enjoyment.Respond promptly to requests for buggy service and adhere to name recognition standards.Provide insightful recommendations on local culture, shopping, dining, and entertainment, creating personalized guest experiences.Follow resort policies for emergency situations, boat safety, and equipment handling, ensuring guest safety at all times.Maintain proficiency in property management systems, update guest data, and handle telephone calls with professionalism.Entertain children and young adults with engaging activities tailored to their interests and preferences.Handle any additional duties as required.What you bring:
Excellent English, math, and problem-solving abilities.Level qualifications.1-2 years of experience in 5-star hotels or resorts (preferred).Personal flair, finesse, and a passion for guest service.Strong potential for career growth and development.Passion for the outdoors and ability to swim.Skills in watersports, tennis, and knowledge of gym equipment are a plus.What we offer:
