Experience Required
Previous experience in high-end golf services, ideally in a supervisory role.
Regularly stands, walks and sits. Occasionally climbs or balances; stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches. Frequently uses hands; reaches with hands and arms.
Frequently talks or hears; tastes or smells. Occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions (non-weather). Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Essential Responsibilities
Oversee and lead Guest Service Team including Gatehouse, Bag Drop, Practice Facility, and on-course Player Assistant positions.
Uphold Quintero service standards throughout the entire golf experience.
Complete schedule for staff.
Train all staff for each role of the operation.
Assist in the hiring process of team members in conjunction with the Head Professional.
Regularly inventory daily supplies to maintain par levels of items.
Commuicate products and supplies needed for department to be successful.
Awareness and enforcement of food and beverage items being brought on property in conjunction with club policies.
Assist in the preparation for all golf outings including coordinating scorecards, cart labels, rules sheets, score sheets, format sheets, favors, pairing sheets and hole assignments.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as required.
