Make sure all staff is present on time and well groomed that met Four Seasons Grooming Standards.
Check and follow up traces in a timely manner.
Perform in-villa orientation upon check in following policy and procedure established by FOM.
Maintain enough printing and stationery for daily usage.
Build a good relationship and work closely with the team for the completion of the tasks in order to meet overall guest’s satisfaction.
Organize all buggy requests and their maintenance on timely manner including deliveries of parcels, messages and faxes. Maintain a good record with no confusion.
Be sensitive to the guest’s needs and provide intuitive service.
Provide buggy assistance for our guests/patrons, Public Relations or senior managers during resort tour/site inspection.
Coordinate and ensure completion of bell man daily activities such as buggy cleaning or maintenance, storage cleaning, deliveries, and messages/faxes.
Works harmoniously and professionally as a Four Seasons team player with peers and superiors.
Assist at any situation at the Reception and Concierge Desk or lobby area.
Extension of service hours is expected to meet business levels.
Drive the guests and do errands assigned by the senior managers. Perform the Four Seasons driving standards, comply with road regulations and offer provided amenities in making sure the guests have a safe and comfortable journey.
Conduct functional and corporate trainings provided by the Training Department. Do standard check regularly and develop under performers.
Follow Four Seasons Core and Culture Standards as well as the local and departmental standards and policies.
Take responsiblity for guests’s complaints. Handle in professional way according to Four Seasons Complaint Handling Standard. Keep close communication with Duty Manager for timely follow-up and recording in the Glitch Database.
Complete daily checklist of duties and responsibilities at the end of each shift. Ensure thorough hand-over takes place with the following shift.
